من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح كونوش وادخل إلى حسابك.
- من الرئيسية اختر حول كونوش.
- اضغط حذف حسابي ثم نعم، احذف حسابي.
بطلب عبر الإيميل
إن لم تستطع فتح التطبيق، أرسل من رقم هاتفك المسجّل أو باسمك إلى zakiai.smart@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حساب كونوش». نحذفه خلال 7 أيام ونؤكد لك.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وربط الجهاز.
- كل تسجيلاتك الصوتية وتقييماتها وملاحظات المدرب عليها.
- سجل سماعك لرسائل المدرب.
لا نحتفظ بنسخة من بياناتك بعد الحذف. حساب المدرب الذي يملك كورسات يُحذف بعد نقل كورساته أو حذفها عبر مدير التطبيق.
Delete your Konuş account
In the app (immediate): open Konuş → About Konuş → Delete my account → Yes, delete my account.
By email: if you cannot open the app, email zakiai.smart@gmail.com from your registered name/phone with the subject "Delete Konuş account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm.
What is deleted: your account (name, phone number, device binding), all your voice recordings with their grades and trainer notes, and your message-read history. No copies are kept. A trainer account that owns courses is deleted after its courses are transferred or removed by the administrator.
