كونوش تطبيق لتعليم المحادثة التركية لمجموعات صغيرة من البالغين. يدير كلَّ كورس مدربٌ يرسل الجمل ويسمع تسجيلات الطلاب ويقيّمها. للتواصل بشأن بياناتك: zakiai.smart@gmail.com
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف. للمدرب كلمة مرور تُحفظ مشفّرة (لا نستطيع قراءتها).
- معرّف الجهاز: لربط حساب الطالب بجهاز واحد كما يطلب الكورس.
- التسجيلات الصوتية: ما تسجّله بنفسك من جمل الحصة، ورسائل المدرب الصوتية، ونطقه الصحيح للجمل.
- بيانات التعلّم: تقييم المدرب (نجوم وملاحظة)، الحضور، مدة الإجابة، ونتائج تمارين القاموس.
- حالة الدفع: علامة «دفع / لم يدفع» يضعها المدرب يدوياً. لا يعالج التطبيق أي دفع ولا يجمع بيانات بطاقات.
- بيانات تقنية: رقم إصدار التطبيق وآخر وقت فتحت فيه التطبيق، لمعرفة من متصل أثناء الحصة ولمتابعة التحديثات.
لا نجمع الموقع، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور. لا توجد إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من أطراف أخرى.
لماذا نستخدمها
لتشغيل الكورس فقط: إرسال الجمل، رفع تسجيلك إلى مدربك، إيصال تقييمه ونطقه الصحيح إليك، تذكيرك بموعد الحصة، وإظهار تقدّمك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلان.
المايك والإشعارات والاتصال بالحصة
- يُستخدم المايك فقط عندما تضغط زر التسجيل بنفسك.
- الإشعارات: تذكير قبل الحصة، بدء الحصة، وصول جملة، التقييم، النطق الصحيح، ورسائل المدرب.
- أثناء الحصة الحية وقبلها بقليل يظهر إشعار ثابت «متصل بالحصة» حتى تصلك الجمل والتقييم في وقتها. يختفي تلقائياً خارج الحصة.
مع من تُشارك
يرى بياناتك مدرب الكورس الذي التحقت به ومدير التطبيق فقط. زملاؤك في الكورس لا يسمعون تسجيلاتك. تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم Supabase السحابية التي تستضيف قاعدة بيانات التطبيق وملفاته الصوتية، ولا تستخدمها لأي غرض آخر. يُنقل كل شيء عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).
مدة الحفظ والحذف
- تسجيلات الطلاب الصوتية تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 30 يوماً من انتهاء الكورس.
- بيانات الحساب تبقى ما دام حسابك موجوداً.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل تسجيلاتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: حول كونوش ← حذف حسابي، أو بطلب عبر الصفحة: حذف الحساب.
الأعمار
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين (18 سنة فما فوق)، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال.
التغييرات
إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث تاريخها أعلاه، ونخبرك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير مهماً.
Konuş — Privacy Policy (English)
Konuş is a Turkish conversation course app for small groups of adults. Each course is run by a trainer who sends sentences, listens to students' recordings and grades them. Contact: zakiai.smart@gmail.com
Data we collect: name and phone number; trainer passwords (stored hashed); a device identifier to bind a student account to one device; voice recordings you make yourself during lessons, the trainer's voice messages and model pronunciations; learning data (trainer grades and notes, attendance, response time, vocabulary quiz results); a payment flag set manually by the trainer (no payments are processed and no card data is collected); app version and last-active time. We do not collect location, contacts or photos. No ads, no third-party analytics or trackers.
Why: only to run the course — delivering sentences, sending your recording to your trainer, returning grades and model pronunciation, lesson reminders and progress. We never sell data or use it for advertising.
Microphone, notifications, lesson connection: the microphone is used only when you tap record. Notifications cover lesson reminders, lesson start, new sentences, grades, model pronunciation and trainer messages. During a live lesson (and shortly before) a persistent "connected to lesson" notification keeps the app in sync; it disappears outside lessons.
Sharing: only your course trainer and the app administrator can see your data. Classmates cannot hear your recordings. Data is hosted on Supabase cloud servers (database and audio files) and transferred over HTTPS.
Retention and deletion: student voice recordings are deleted automatically 30 days after the course ends. Account data is kept while the account exists. You can delete your account and all recordings at any time in the app (About Konuş → Delete my account) or by request: Delete account.
Age: the app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
